These guys are a \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003emicro-distillery \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003efrom the get-go. \u003cbr\u003e\r\n\t\r\n\t\t \u003cbr\u003e\r\n\t\r\n\t\tDon’t get us wrong, these guys bought \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003etop-end equipment \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e— professional-grade copper pot-stills from Germany. But they hold about 50 liters at a crack, so it will be quite a while before you find bottles of their quality hooch at the MegaMart. And with a name like \"The City of London,\" you better represent! And \u003cem\u003eREPRESENT\u003c\/em\u003e they do, producing \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003efive signature Gins \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003ein all of their \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eclassic juniper-licious glory\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e. \u003cbr\u003e\r\n\t\r\n\t\t \u003cbr\u003e\r\n\t\r\n\t\t\u003cstrong\u003eCity of London Dry Gin\u003c\/strong\u003e is \u003cem\u003e— as you might expect —\u003c\/em\u003e a spot-on, \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003efaithful reproduction of a classic London Dry \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003estyle recipe. Anything else would be improper. Sure, the good chaps at the City of London Distillery make a range of Gins, but you ALWAYS start with the basics.
