Licor Beirão — the name has become virtually synonymous with Portuguese culture. The roots of this dram go back two centuries. But in its current form it is a botanical Liqueur with secret recipe of thirteen herbs, seeds, and spices that are cold-infused for at least three weeks. It is then gently distilled twice to refine the flavor profile and bottled at 22% ABV. Each bottled is tied with a yellow ribbon by hand.
